The purpose of the Council is to promote communication between leagues, to disseminate information, to exchange ideas, to participate in workshops, seminars, and other joint activities.

Everyone is welcome to attend the KCAC meetings.
Membership is open to any ABWA League in good standing nationally and who requests membership and submits Council annual dues (see the Membership page.)
